Future Cheese Monger

Lately I keep hinting at May's career path and I just wanted to get one on the books to see if it pans out.

Her favorite cheeses - basically the only cheese she will eat - are Drunken Goat Cheese, Asiago (like she goes through a wedge a week - whole slices not grated), Shelburne Farms 24 month Cheddar. Won't touch the 6 month that I buy for Fin. She literally just skips cheese if all we have is the 6 month. Oh and grated Parmesan on everything! No American slices for this girl. Sure she'll be going to Community College as we are footing the bill for her fancy taste now but at least she'll do it with good taste!
