Fancy cake for Wednesday

May wanted to make a fancy cake "just because " so we made mint choc mouse cake. Fin, May and I started it last night at 9:30 and didn't finish until 10:30. Man. School is going to be a rude awakening! But! Cake was delicious and fun to share with friends! Ps just realized this didn't publish when I meant it to in the summer!
