Nice note from Miss B

May got her first quarter report card and got a very nice note from Miss B:

"May is a source of light in our classroom. She clearly cares about learning and has strong academic skills. I particularly love reading her creative stories. She also writes well, with details and evidence about books and other topics. She has a strong number sense too and she is doing well with our new math material. Sh also has a great sense of humor and is frequently recognized by her peers for her kindness and calmness."
